I’ll talk with companies of any size, but I care more that a partnership actually works than that it exists. My sweet spot is small businesses and organizations running $1M – $10M in revenue. I’ve worked with a few doing $100M and a few doing under $1M. Do this long enough and you learn where you do your best work, and where your bandwidth runs out.
